As of 9/5/19 Office Designs will only be servicing warranty/repairs for original Office Designs or Sit4Life customers. Chairs will not be accepted without prior authorization.

All our Warranty Service Technicians at Office Designs are factory trained and certified by Herman Miller, Steelcase and more. We use original Herman Miller parts.

    Does it cost money to repair my chair?
    If your chair is under warranty, you purchased from Office Designs, and you are the original owner/s, there is no cost to you. Office Designs takes care of everything!
