Welcome to our Service and Warranty Center!

Here at Office Designs we seek to provide help when products need attention or repair. When this happens, we’re here to help determine the best path of resolution with you. If your request falls within warranty, we help coordinate the right game plan to resolve your product issue. If it’s not covered by warranty, we seek to make some recommendations or point you in the right direction to help as we’re able. All our Warranty Service Technicians at Office Designs are factory trained and certified by Herman Miller, Steelcase and more. We use original Herman Miller parts.

  • *If purchased before 11/14/19, Office Designs' warranty period is 12 years from purchase date.
    *If purchased after 11/14/19, Office Designs' warranty period 1 year from purchase date.

    2) Picture of visible damage

    *Chair will not have a factory sticker/manufacturing label

    Warranty Services Eligibility and Terms:

    Did you order with us?

    We will need to verify you ordered with us, as we are only able to service orders that were purchased from OfficeDesigns.com, OfficeDesignsOutlet.com or Sit4Life and we’ll need a copy of the original proof of purchase that matches accordingly to verify. As of 9/5/19 Office Designs will only be servicing warranty/repairs for original Office Designs or Sit4Life customers. Chairs will not be accepted without prior authorization.

    Is your product still under warranty and does it qualify for warranty?

    We will need to verify your product is still under warranty - this will depend on the manufacturers warranty terms and date of purchase. We will also need to verify this is an actual defect, and not damage or normal wear of the product.

    Can we identify the problematic issues with your product?

    We will need sufficient photos and/or a good video with narration (when possible) to correctly diagnose the issues with the product. These photos and videos need to be in good lighting to adequately see the issue.

    Does it cost money to repair my chair?
    If your chair is under warranty, you purchased from Office Designs, and you are the original owner/s, there is no cost to you. Office Designs takes care of everything!
