All outlet items ship within 2 business days from the initial order. Smaller items generally ship FedEx and arrive 3-7 days after they ship. Larger items will ship with a freight carrier and generally arrive 5-15 days after they ship.


In an effort to provide the best possible pricing on all Office Designs Outlet merchandise, all sales are final. Returns are not allowed for any outlet or clearance item. 

Damaged or Defective Merchandise

We are very sorry if your order has been received in unsatisfactory condition. We inspect all of our merchandise prior to shipment and are extremely careful in our packing and shipping processes.
